By booking a consultation or using the services of Nanaji Patnaik (operated by Manidweepam, Hyderabad), you agree to the following terms.

1. Services offered

We offer personal consultations in Astrology, Vastu, and Gemstone advisory services. All consultations are conducted via phone call, with booking and communication handled through WhatsApp.

2. Consultation fees

Fees are communicated during the booking process via WhatsApp. Full payment is required before the consultation is confirmed. Fees vary by service type and duration.

3. Payments

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and international payment methods. Payment details are shared during the WhatsApp booking process. We do not store card or bank account details.

Astrology, Vastu, and gemstone consultations are advisory in nature based on traditional Vedic knowledge. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. All decisions based on consultations are the sole responsibility of the client.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during consultations is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on nanajipatnaik.com, including text, videos, and advice provided during consultations, is the intellectual property of Nanaji Patnaik / Manidweepam. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from advice given during consultations. The maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the consultation fee paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
